homeward bound:: a detour

on our way back we stopped off in vacouver to pay a visit to uncle alex and his family.
his parents were so kind to open their home to us for the night. we definitely felt a bit spoiled.
their home was gorgeous, to say the least. it had the most incredible view of the city and water.
i snapped a few pictures of our short time in the city...we hope to be back again someday.

this is the girls with "popa andrew"...

a highlight of the girl's stay was definitely the cat sunday. i am sure a cat has never been so loved.

popa andrew is an incredible artist. he let the girls spend some time in his art studio. this was a real treat for them, especially miss ella our budding artist...

we were treated to an incredible breakfast the morning we headed home. we left with full tummies and happy hearts. so happy we made some new friends in canada.

thank you seal family for opening up your home to us. we hope to be back soon♥

Love ALL your pictures from Whistler - from the Whistler bound to the detour on the way home. What a fantastic place ... and what great photos you captured. Your family is beautiful.
